Our Brontosaurus Breakfast is extremely fast to put together on the fly. This meal started out a nightmare – it was just one of those mornings. Jax was in full out tantrum mode, screaming that he didn’t want breakfast, only chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Like I said it was just one of those mornings.

• 1 egg

• cheerios

• banana

• granola

• chocolate chips

• mini marshmallows

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

I really didn’t want to argue with him because no matter what I’d say, he’d disagree with me. So I just said ok, go sit down and give me a few minutes.

I had already made the eggs, so I quickly cut the banana and arranged ingredients on the plate. I asked him to close his eyes and I put the plate in front of him. At this point I held me breath, I knew it could go either way. Thankfully he didn’t throw the plate and was happy.

He also ate almost the whole plate which was a small victory.

If you try this recipie I’d love to know what you think!
